These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products and services by VISHAL MEGA MART PRIVATE LIMITED operating under the brand name “Vishal”. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address and contact information for delivery.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.
  • Inspect products upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies immediately.

8. Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vishal’s cumulative liability arising from any order is limited to the total fees paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vishal harmless against any losses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, logistics disruptions, or government directives. Delivery times will adjust accordingly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

Official notices should be sent to Vishal at Khewat No-19,Khata No-27,, Marla,Village Dhanwas, Gurgaon, Gurugram, Haryana, 122001 and to the customer address provided during ordering.
