Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to IT consulting, development, automation, and managed services delivered by VISHAL MEGA MART PRIVATE LIMITED under the brand “Shabby”. Our goal is to provide transparent remedies while maintaining fair compensation for work completed.

1. Project cancellations

  • Discovery or advisory engagements may be cancelled up to 5 business days before the scheduled start for a full refund of advance fees.
  • For project work already in progress, fees for completed milestones, consumed resources, or non-refundable third-party purchases will be deducted before calculating a refund.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@vishalmegacart.shop.

2. Retainer and managed services

  • Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Services will continue until the end of the notice period.
  • Unused hours within a monthly retainer are not carried forward unless expressly agreed in the contract.

3. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or through an NEFT transfer to the client’s nominated bank account. Processing times may vary based on banking partners.

4. Eligibility exclusions

  • Completed deliverables that have been accepted by the client.
  • Third-party licenses, cloud infrastructure costs, or SaaS subscriptions procured on behalf of the client.
  • Delays caused by client-side dependencies, access constraints, or change requests.

5. Issue resolution

If you believe deliverables do not meet agreed specifications, notify us within 7 business days of delivery. Shabby will review the concern, propose remediation work, or outline credit/refund options as applicable.

6. Force majeure

Refund commitments may be reconsidered if delivery is impacted by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government directives, widespread outages). In such cases, we will work with you on revised timelines.
