Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products purchased from VISHAL MEGA MART PRIVATE LIMITED under the brand “Vishal”. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return upon delivery.
  • To cancel an order, please contact customer support immediately at contact@vishalmegacart.shop.

2. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Certain items such as perishables, personal hygiene products, and clearance items may not be eligible for return.

3. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or through an NEFT transfer to the customer’s nominated bank account.

4. Refund Eligibility exclusions

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Returns initiated after the 7-day return window.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including shipping charges.

6. Force majeure

Refund processing times may be impacted by events beyond reasonable control (banking delays, natural disasters). In such cases, we will work with you to expedite the process.
